All of our Non-Climate storage spaces for rent offer the convenience of drive-up access. Each storage space has its’ own individual Door Alarm that you disarm by entering your personal access code when entering the entrance gate to the facility. Your Door Alarm will re-arm itself automatically as soon as you close your unit door. It’s that simple.
ALL of our storage buildings feature “Standing Seam Roofs” that provide added protection against roof leaks. Standing Seam Roofs eliminate the need for roof screws, which are primarily the cause of leaks. Standing Seam Roofs naturally cost more to construct, but the added cost is worth the extra protection that they provide. Just another way we stand apart from the competition.
On average our interior ceiling heights are 9’ tall, with some of our storage spaces sporting an extra tall 11’ ceiling.
