- Promotional Terms: Promotion commences at 12:00 p.m. C.D.T. Tuesday, October 18, 2011 and closes at 11:59:59 p.m. C.S.T. Thursday, December 22, 2011.
- Eligibility: Entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older by the contest closing date, and must be a legal resident of the state of Arkansas. Employees of Danmar Enterprises, L.L.C., dba West Cantrell Self Storage, and their immediate families are NOT eligible to participate in this promotion.
- Entry: Entry in the iPad2 promotional giveaway requires the entrant to "Like us" on our West Cantrell Self Storage Facebook page. Entrants may only be entered once. Multiple entries are NOT ALLOWED.
- Prize: The prize willl consist of one (1) Apple iPad2 16 gigabite plus 3G. No substitutions or cash equivalency awarded. Odds of winning will depend on the number of entrants. No warranty(s) are provided on this prize, and no requests for substitution of any type are allowed.
- Prize Drawing: The prize drawing will be held on location at West Cantrell Self Storage, 14300 Cantrell Road, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72223, at 5:00 p.m. C.S.T. December 23, 2011 by a represenative of West Cantrell Self Storage whose decisions are final. Entrant selected as the winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these rules and regulations, and winning is dependant on fullfilling all such requirements. Winners will be notified on our Facebook page within 24 hours of the drawing. If the winner does not respond back to us, or cannot be contacted within fourteen (14) days after they are annouced as the winner on our Facebook page, an alternate entrant will be selected at random from all entries received. West Cantrell Self Storage is not responsible for notifications that are misdirected or not received because of email addresses that are not correct, Facebook account problems, or other computer notification related issues.
- Winner announcment: Winner's name will be posted on West Cantrell Self Storage Facebook page within twenty-four (24) hours of prize drawing.
- Redemption: Entrant is required to pick up the prize, in person, at West Cantrell Self Storage, 14300 Cantell Road, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72223 within fourteen (14) business days of winning announcement on our Facebook page. Prize may only be collected during business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday thru Saturday. If winning entrant fails to collect the prize within the prescribed fourteen (14) day period, an alternate entrant will be selected at random from all entries received. Prizes are not transferable and must be accepted as awarded. West Cantrell Self Storage is not responsible for a lost or damaged prize and in the case where the prize is lost or damaged it will not be replaced.
- Conditions: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that West Cantrell Self Storage may use the winner's name, and picture, as advertising and promotional purposes without further consideration. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE CONTEST, THE PARTICIPANT AGREES THAT WEST CANTRELL SELF STORAGE, DANMAR ENTERPRISES L.L.C., ITS AFFILIATES AND ALL OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND REPRESENATIVES, WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR, AND WILL BE HELD HARMLESS FOR ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, AND PROPERTY, DUE IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE OR PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST OR ANY PRIZE RELATED ACTIVITY. - Other: In the event of a dispute, all entries received will be considered to be made by the authorized Facebook account holder as on record at the time of promotion ending. The "authorized account holder" is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned to the Facebook account by Facebook. Winner may be requested to provide West Cantrell Self Storage with proof that the winner is the authorized account holder of the Facebook page associated with the winning entry along with proof of personal identification.
- Contest Disclaimer: Danmar Enterprises, L.L.C. dba West Cantrell Self Storage reserves the right to make revisions to, cancel or suspend this promotion for any reason including but not limited to a virus, bug, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of West Cantrell Self Storage which affects the administration or security of the promotion. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, West Cantrell Self Storage will aim to seek rememdies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including crimianl prosecution.
